Foundation of Life, Waterful Sharing Campaign to protect water Offering the gift of clean water to children in Africa is not difficult to do if we pay the same amount of attention as we do providing moisture to our skin. Laneige begins the “Waterful Sharing Campaign” with save the children, one of NGO groups as part of a project to provide health and medical support for children around the world suffering from a low consciousness of health and environments that are lacking proper sanitation.

What is Laneige Waterful Sharing Campaign?

Laneige Waterful Sharing campaign is to build water tank and supply water to neighboring children in the Republic of Mali which is the water stress country though the conclusion of the convention and to share waterful energy of life from Laneige.

How is all this money being raised and being spent?

Laneige participated in charity efforts with 'Save the Children' to promote sharing in the 'Waterful' Experiences campaign, which saw Laneige invest its profits in building water tanks in Mali, Africa, on behalf of children who need safer and cleaner drinking water.

Where did you go to campaign Waterpul sharing?

August 4, 2011 Amor Pacific’s entry premium moisture skin care brand Laneige and Save the Children Korea concluded signing ceremony regarding the Laneige Waterful Sharing Campaign. September, 2011 Tabarako village in southern Sikasso of Sahel Mali in Africa has been selected through preliminary research of demand and the geography for building water tank. Laneige expects to be done by the end of March, 2011. After the construction is done, we will try to provide clean drinking water for entire of Tabarako villege where people are being threatened by a low consciousness of health and environments that are lacking proper sanitation.

Africa, Mali is now ...

The children in Mali, Africa are exposed to pollutants since a traditional well does not have its cover. Therefore, they often complain of diarrhea symptom because people use the polluted well’s water as drinking water for their children. According to statistics of population in Mali, around 90,000 of infants are dying of diarrhea for a year.
